About the Role
We're looking for a technical content writer who can explain complex concepts clearly. You'll create documentation, blog posts, and guides that help developers and businesses understand and adopt our products.
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain technical documentation for APIs, SDKs, and product features
- Create blog posts, tutorials, and case studies that drive organic traffic
- Collaborate with engineers to accurately represent technical concepts in plain language
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and brand voice
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical writing experience, preferably for developer audiences
- Ability to read and understand code (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred)
- Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems
- Experience with Markdown, Git, and static site generators (Next.js, Hugo, or similar)
Nice to Have
- Experience writing API documentation or developer guides
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTTP, REST, OAuth, etc.)
- Portfolio of published technical articles or documentation
