Content Creation & Graphic Design (Intern). Own it end-to-end.

About the Role

We are seeking an imaginative Content Creation & Graphic Design Intern to produce high-impact visuals, promotional graphics, and marketing materials for ProspectBD's products and services. In this role, you will combine design tools and AI-assisted workflows to craft social media graphics, product demos, banners, and promotional assets. This contract-based internship provides real-world creative experience with monthly compensation between ৳6,000 and ৳20,000 based on demonstrated skills and output.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media graphics, banners, and promotional visual materials
• Produce AI-assisted marketing creatives, product demo visuals, and brand collateral
• Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to transform product capabilities into visual stories
• Maintain consistent brand styling, color harmony, typography, and visual polish across all public channels
• Assist with short promotional video concepts, thumbnails, and interactive post creatives

Requirements

• Hands-on proficiency with design software (such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator)
• Active experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, CapCut) for creative workflows
• Keen visual eye for typography, layout hierarchy, color theory, and modern digital aesthetics
• A portfolio, Behance, Dribbble, Figma, or Drive link showcasing your creative and graphic design work
• Positive, creative attitude with openness to feedback and iterative design improvements

Nice to Have

• Basic short-form video editing or motion graphics skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects)
• Experience creating social media carousels, animated banners, or UI mockups
