About the Role

Learn how software products are planned, prioritized, and delivered. You will work alongside our team to gather user feedback, write clear feature requirements, organize sprint tasks, and assist in quality testing. Freshers and organized communicators are warmly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

• Help research user problems and document feature requirements in simple, clear language
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and task checklists for the development team
• Test new features before release to ensure they work as expected and meet quality standards
• Help maintain project backlogs and track progress using task management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion)
• Gather feedback from users and clients to suggest actionable improvements

Requirements

• Freshers, recent graduates, and students are warmly encouraged to apply

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bengali
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• A natural curiosity for digital products, web apps, and user experience
• Ability to coordinate politely and effectively with designers and engineers

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Google Docs, or Jira
• Basic understanding of how web software is built and released
